The EM-100 energy module is the heart of the SIPSScalable Intelligent Power System TM product line.
We strive to thoroughly test all available lithium-ion cell models to clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses
of each. Our unique microcontroller based pack circuitry is programmable to optimally use any of the available cell
models, so we can refer to our extensive cell performance database and pick the cell that is best for each application.
The EM-100 excels in many other ways. Our patent pending SHIP-MODE TM fuse system
allows cabinets full of EM-100 modules to be safely shipped as non-hazardous material per
IATAInternational Air Transport Association and DOTU.S. Department of Transportation. When it comes
to demanding duty cycles in cold climate applications, the integral pack heater and our patent pending
CHARGE-NOW TM technology reduces warm-up time and increases throughput.
